Postage & Delivery

Ready-made items are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment. For made-to-order pieces, please allow up to 10 business days. If your order contains both, we’ll send everything together once it’s ready. We’ll contact you if we expect a delay.

Shipping Rates

• UK standard delivery: £5.99. Free standard delivery is available on orders of £50 or more.
• European Union standard delivery: £14.99. Free standard delivery is available on orders of £100 or more.
• Other available international destinations, including the United States and Canada: £23.99 for standard delivery.
• Available delivery options and charges for your destination are shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times: These estimates are in addition to the dispatch times above. Once dispatched, please allow:

• 1–3 business days for UK delivery
• 7–10+ business days for international delivery

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders, including those sent to the European Union, may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT and local handling fees. Where these charges are collected at checkout, they will be shown there. Any applicable charges not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or local customs authority before delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility. If you are unsure about potential charges or import restrictions, please contact your local customs office before ordering.

Please note that we do not falsify the value of goods or mark parcels as gifts on customs documentation. Any requests to do so will be refused.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at bigbagmaker1@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights.
