Shipping Rates

• UK: £3.00 (shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery — signature required on arrival)
• International: £6.00 via standard Airmail (untracked) — add tracking for £3.00 at checkout

Handling & Dispatch: As all our bags are handmade to order, please allow up to 10 business days for dispatch after payment is received. Orders containing multiple items may take a little longer. If you need your order sooner, please get in touch before placing your order, and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery Times: Once dispatched, please allow:

• 1–3 business days for UK delivery
• 7–10+ business days for international delivery

Please note that international deliveries may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, and local handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Some countries also have restrictions on importing certain goods — if you're unsure of the rules or fees that apply in your country, please check before ordering.

Please note that we do not falsify the value of goods or mark parcels as gifts on customs documentation. Any requests to do so will be refused.

Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged once they have been handed to the postal carrier. We strongly recommend selecting tracked shipping for international orders to help protect your purchase.
